Richard has lived and worked within Worcestershire all of his life and started in the property industry at the age of nineteen. Having worked in estate agency for 15 years he left in 1994 to spend 20 years in residential development prior to joining Fine & Country in 2014. Away from the business of selling houses Richard has Chaired his local Parish Council, acted as a School Governor for 12 years and remains an “Ealdorman of The Ancient Court Leet and Court Baron of The Manor of Bromsgrove”.

Having grown up in Warwickshire, Halina now lives in the Worcestershire village of Feckenham with her partner and two French Bulldogs. She has a strong background in sales and thrives on showing her clients how to showcase their home in order to achieve the best possible price. She will always go the extra mile and uses her excellent negotiating skills to ensure that all offers reach their full potential. Outside of work, Halina enjoys exercising at the gym and spending time with her two grown up sons.

Catherine has grown up in Worcestershire attending school in the heart of Worcester City. She splits her time between working as a Fine & Country Associate and a fashion model. Past work includes being involved with luxury penthouses in Birmingham, private new build dwellings, and the Arabic Islamic Science Museum in Kuwait. Consequently, his project-minded process-driven nature shines through, ensuring the best price is obtained for the client, via Fine & Country’s unmatched marketing. Overall, Bert has a natural interest in real estate, gym-work, and the great outdoors.

I have lived in Worcestershire all my life. I have a good knowledge of the area and, of course, the wonderful countryside in which the Fine & Country Droitwich office lies. I have had an agricultural and equestrian background, and a lifelong love of horses and all equestrian pursuits. My first job was running the family businesses in fashion and antiques. More latterly, after having a family, I have worked in education, teaching Prep school aged children as a classroom assistant, and sports coach at two prestigious schools in Worcestershire. I live in Crowle, just outside Worcester, and I have four grown up daughters and two granddaughters, a horse and a small dog. I manage my small property portfolio of local properties. I also have one in London, that I personally project managed the complete refurbishment there of last year. In my spare time, I love to travel and entertain. I practice yoga and play tennis regularly.

Nick has been running the family holiday property business for several years, along with developing houses before selling them in the local area. He is a trained actor, gaining his BA Hons in acting at Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London. Nick grew up in Worcester, roaming far and wide, playing sports and enjoying country pursuits. John has a vast wealth of experience in both residential property and in dealing with high net worth individuals. Sarra has 15 years experience working within the property industry. She is customer service-focused, technically skilled and hardworking administration support professional. Sarra also controls the social media presence and ensures the highest standards are maintained at all times. Outside of work, Sarra lives with her husband in a small village in North Nottinghamshire where she enjoys walking her 3 dogs.

After working for many years as a lettings agent, I decided to study for and qualified as a Mortgage Adviser in 2015. Worked for a large regional Building Society soon after qualifying, where I learnt all about the mortgage industry. In March 2019, I joined Mortgage Advice Bureau to be able to offer my clients a fantastic service and haven't looked back since! I love the variety each case brings and the job satisfaction when the case completes is second to none. In my spare time, I love spending time with my children, travelling and baking.

After working with a corporate to manage their property portfolio, Natasha decided to enter the luxury property market to fine tune her skills. Working closely with the team in Cockfosters, Natasha supports clients throughout the sales process and is on hand to deal with enquires and marketing preparation.
