Over £41,000 awarded to 27 projects in the Spring Grant Programme
Amidst the blossoming of spring, the Fine & Country Foundation is pleased to announce the 26 charities which will be allocated funding across 27 projects in its most recent round of grants, totalling £41,147. With an inspiring presentation from Bel Burnell Molyneux at The Fine & Country Conference, reiterating the importance of the network’s continued support over the coming 12 months, and beyond, we hope to keep up the momentum of generous donations throughout 2024. The Foundation has raised over £950,000 in the past decade and as we celebrate our anniversary this September, we are aiming to break the £1 million threshold! Fine & Country Foundation donates £10,000 to Turkey-Syria earthquake appeal
As the devastating situation unfolds on the site of the Turkey-Syria earthquake, rescue workers continue to dig through the rumble and ruins to free survivors who have been trapped for days. The death toll has reached over 50,000, with multitudes of people injured, homeless and in the need of urgent help. In an effort to assist those who has been impacted by the disaster, the Fine & Country Foundation will be donating £10,000 to the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) Turkey-Syria earthquake appeal, as well as setting up a fundraising page for agents within the network to add to donation through their fundraising efforts. The goal would be for the network to be able to match the £10,000 and donate a total of £20,000 to the cause.
