Warren Haworth Managing Director

Warren has a wealth of experience in Estate Agency having worked in the industry for over 30 years. His success is founded on a genuine focus on service, delivering results and ensuring the team all aspire to the same values. His passion for all aspects of property is clear for everyone to see and will never lose track that our clients are always the most important content of the business (as well as his staff of course!).

Marcus Edge

Marcus Edge Negotiator / Marketing

Marcus is a local young man from Bolton who brings a sincere passion for excellency to Fine and Country Bolton. Having gained experience in postgraduate science and a number of previous business ventures, including property and marketing, Marcus brings a keen eye for detail and a highly customer centric approach to his work. His enthusiasm for life is evident and he will stop at nothing to ensure the people he serves receive the best possible experience.

Lynne Mason

Lynne Mason Office / Progressions Manager

With a background in sales, Lynne found her niche in the Estate Agency Industry and has spent many years covering all roles leading to managing sales negotiations and progressing properties through to completion.
